Shadow boxing hip hop video?

The video is black and white and women and men are doing shadow boxing to the beat it might have been aired 4 or 5 years ago.Its definately hip hop, but I have no idea of the artist or the song. Please help me out since it has been bothering me for that long.|||I think it may have been Shadow Boxer by Teena Marie
