the box is 24%26quot; by 14%26quot; 1 inch deep needed with delicate feathers so needs to be protected from dust.|||sure . cut you ply wood . for the base 24ins x 14in
then cut some sides made from a nice birch ply wood
cut all the corners at a 45 degree angle and nail them together...... dont forget to glue them
as for the plexiglass. go to lowes and ask them to cut it to size . ....
use 100% silcone to keep the dust out
you maybe could stain it before you put it all together
