How often do you shadow box?

I%26#039;ll take on all challengers!|||as often as i can to be honest. i love shadow boxing. the best time is when im walkin down the street next to a wall with my lady and turn around and box her face while were walkin. it looks like she is takin a beating and just keeps on going unscathed. its pretty awesome!|||Never|||every day! bring it onn|||never, but I have chair danced, not really the same thing at all is it?lol|||I had to stop.
