Shadow Boxing???
Does it really help when it comes to training and if so how??? I feel weird punching the air.|||Yes ! Shadow Boxing definitely helps ! What u wanna do is train on how many punches / combinations u can throw and 4 how long . The thing about it is U have to use your imagination like ... what if u are in this type of situation and what would u do if .... But don%26#039;t just work on throwing punches work on bobb %26amp; weaving , blocking , countering , etc. OH , learn to use a mouth piece while training 4 breath control ! Sum-times train as if the person your against is bigger , faster , tougher , or as if your hurt , crappin%26#039; , ! Yo ! it definitely helps .|||It will feel weird at first. But it will make your punches sharper. It will also help your stamina out.
