If I shadow box with a concrete wall will I have awesome knuckles like Oh Dae Su?

Or will I just shatter my hand?





Oh Dae Su is the protagonist in the movie Old Boy. His knuckles are scarred because while he was imprisoned for 10 years he shadow boxed with the walls to pass the time.

I think you could do that as much as you want.
