Can shadow boxing on a cement floor damage your feet or ankles?

Lately my right foot (orthodox stance) has been killing me when I shadow box. Mostly near my Achilles could my cement floor in my room have anything to do with it?|||Possibly. I used to shadowbox either on carpet or in the ring, and never had ankle problems.
