Is shadow boxing a good excersize to bring into my home training?

if so, are there any risks i should watch out for, also, how long should each %26quot;session%26quot; be.





thanks.|||yeah its great exercise all of the modern martial artists do it to practice and become good fighters. I do it in my martial arts class to warm up and practice. Just make sure you know what youre doing and warm up before hand. We shadow box for 1 minute for three times. Just as a warm up drill. Then we sometimes drop down on the floor and do crunches or push ups and come back up and finish with our shadow boxing drills in the air. Quite tiring indeed.|||boxing with weights is REALLY good and i recommend you do that.
