Is shadow boxing with ankle weights a safe and effective way to train?

i wear 2.5 pound weights on each hand and 5 pound weights on each leg.|||Not something I%26#039;d recommend if you%26#039;re training at full speed. The extra weight in unnatural locations may cause damage to the joiints (especially elbows and knees) as the punches and kicks reah full extension and the weight pulls on the limb. Training at slower more controlled speeds shouldn%26#039;t be a problem, but pay attention to how you feel during and after your workout.|||yes it is effective , so is doing it without the weights, i hope you do more than just that
