Is there health benefits in shadow boxing?
I%26#039;m curious since I tend to do this every night, and I find it fun. Am I burning calories/carbs/fat/anything?|||Yes - any movement that gets your heart rate up (and doesn%26#039;t hurt you, of course) is good for you. Not only is it good cardio, it%26#039;s great strength conditioning to tone your muscles and get them used to working in unison, becoming more powerful in the process.|||Yes, there are health benefits in any exercise. Boxing is one of the best cardio workouts there is. And a huge plus to shadow boxing is that you always win!!|||Not really.
