SHADOW BOXING, does shadow boxing help your agility and speed?

and is there any exercises you can do to have fast jabs, hooks, and ,uppercuts?|||Shadow boxing helps on your cardio and speed/agility. It helps a lot for me, i also practice my jabs with 5 pound weights or lighter to help then get faster|||Shadow boxing is maybe the most helpful training in all aspect without using any apparatus.





It helps your dexterity and your foot step.





It helps your mind to be more focus and evaluate or imagine the posture of your opponent.





Shadow boxing is like a vicarious of boxing, it gives you the initiative and presence of mind how to handle you opponent and beat them with great determination.
