Do you want to make a shadow behind the photo to make it jump of the page or are you looking for a true 3-dimensional photo effect?
If you are looking for a 3-D photo that takes highly specialized equipment at the capture phase (while you take the photo) and specialized computer software to re-create the 3-D effect with glasses.
Please be more specific.
