Boxing and fitness?

I haven%26#039;t been working out that much for the past few months, and I%26#039;m thinking about taking a fitness boxing class.

Supposedly, the workout consists of rope skipping, circuit training, shadow boxing, medicine ball drills, abdominal toning, flexibility and strength training.

I%26#039;m wondering if I do the above, 3 times a week (you can chose to do it 1 - 5 days outta the week), when will results show? I am 5%26#039;7 in the normal BMI range, but want to really tone up.|||Boxing is one of the best and fastest ways to get in shape. You do a lot of cardio with the rope jumping and shadow boxing and with the medicine ball you work on your strength and endurance and ab toning all at once. If you really work hard at it and your diet is good, you will see results very quickly. I train fighters and i have seen some guys come in the gym so out of shape and in 3 weeks of hard work they start to tone up and have more stamina. But everyone%26#039;s body responds differently to working out so the results vary from person to person, but you can achieve all your goals with hard work and dedication. And be patient, the results will come if you stick with it. My old trainer is 66 years old, and he%26#039;s in better shape than most 30 year olds, and it%26#039;s all because of boxing. Good luck to you!|||You%26#039;ll look so fine I%26#039;ll want to take you out to dinner...

...heck, I%26#039;ll take you out to dinner anyways.

:-)|||Boxing is a fantastic exercise routing that tones the entire body and enhances cardio vascular health. Go for it and see if you enjoy it. ANY workout routine that you enjoy is one you are likely to keep up with. Almost all of them will help, but ONLY if you do them. Consistency and effort are the keys.

Good luck.

Normally, you will see and feel results is about four weeks, Withing six to eight weeks, expect to be getting comments from others.... WHAT ARE YOU DOING? You look different!|||at least 12-15 days. Good luck with your fitness classes
