What's the best glue to use for attaching a piece of plexi glass to wood?

I have plywood that I%26#039;m using to make shadow boxes, and I was wondering what glue or substance would be the best to use for attaching the plexi glass to this wood? It has to be strong and clear if possible. I also prefer something I can get locally, not online.

Thank you to those who answer.|||Plexi is so smooth, it%26#039;s hard for glue to get a grip on it. If you use Gorilla Glue, try scuffing the surface a little bit first.

You could also attach it with small screws at the corners, or tape it all around with copper tape from a craft store or stained glass supplier.

.|||Gorilla Glue, although it isn%26#039;t clear it is MEGA strong! It holds anything!!!
