What do you get an owner of small company for their 25 years anniversary?

I have just recently started working for my boss who is an owner of a small business. He has been in business for 25 years, a few of us were thinking something that would be really awesome to get but we were stuck on what would be acceptable. We are doing a shadow box that shows 25 years ago but we needed something that everyone could pitch in and help pay for.|||Get a plaque, congratulations on 25 years in business.|||dunno?
