Home boxing ?

what are the exercises that should be done to get you in shape for boxing ? i know that i should do push ups, set ups, jumping rope, heavy bag, speed bag and shadow boxing.. what else should i do ? can you tell me plz in what order these exercises should be done ? and for how long ? can you plz help me with a little details.. by the way my body is already in a good shape cuz i left weights and my body is shaply built, im asking about these exercises to get flexible and faster during movement that boxing requires.. thank you very much|||Try running to build your endurance or swimming.Cardio is more important than anything else when you wanna box if you cant boxx for more than 2 rounds your in trouble.As far as how long always work until fatigue.|||Travel to Yarmouth. They are looking for BOXERS.





Your first job would be BOXING KIPPERS.
