I do 20 or 30 mins of extra excersize on top of my daily walking and housing cleaning (about 1 hour)
I am trying to lose weight,and have cut calories.
I either do shadow boxing..med impact cardio,or aerobics,with some light weight lifting each day thrown in for about 20-30 mins..is that enough to lose weight?|||That%26#039;s really good. Of course, 30 is better than twenty. But doing that on top of staying active through house work is commendable. It may take a while to see results but I%26#039;m sure that if you stick with it you will. Another good idea for weight loss is to not eat after 7:30 at night. That has really helped me, along with exercise and reduced calories.
